Prior to closure, members must ensure there are no outstanding active bets and that all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Funds remaining in the account that are unclaimed within the specified period after a closure request may be subject to the dormant funds policy.
Bbo303 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from relevant authorities. In cases of closure where no wrongdoing is found, any eligible balance will be returned to the member.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws established under bbo303's operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, or the use of the bbo303 platform, shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the relevant parties within thirty (30) days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out in our operating licence. The arbitration decision is final and binding on all parties.
